The ACCS (Army of Chivalrous Christian Soldiers) is a family-based Christian ministry designed to teach, encourage and instill the lost art of chivalry in today’s Biblically traditional family.  Essentially, we teach the many aspects of chivalry on the ball field, the battlefield and the ball room floor.

I was asked in January of ‘07 to be the Commander of all the Federal forces, and to be a part of the Commanding Corps, which is our Board of Directors and Organizers.  Since then we have held 3 main events and multiple Camp of Instructions.  Bi-annually we hold events at a privately owned farm in Loudoun Heights, VA, that are weekend long “family friendly” re-enactments of the time of the Civil War, although our first 1 day event was held at Bull Run Park in Manassas, VA.   Although not strictly striving for authenticity, we do strive for whole families to be able to enjoy period dress and living for a weekend (or if they so choose hotels are nearby), to learn about God’s providential hand through history, what it means and how it can be applied in today’s world.

The ACCS continues to be blessed by God as each event passes our numbers grow and the feedback is grander than before.  From what started as mere child’s play by founding member Aaron Bradford during his youth, is now a full fledged organization based upon the Word of God in a multi-generational aspect that continues to grow.
